I’ve moderated a number of PlateTalks virtual events, covering topics from building a better counter service and the power of a great happy hour, to reviving wasted spaces. I’ve also served as a moderator at the FAB conference for women in the restaurant industry as well as for the Mise conference for hotel F&B chefs. I regularly moderated live cooking demos and spoke at the Culinary Institute of America’s Worlds of Flavor and Menus of Change conferences.
