At Plate, I regularly moderated PlateTalks virtual events. I curated and moderated restaurant industry discussions on everything from building a better counter service and the power of a great happy hour, to mental health and loyalty programs (see edited clips below). I’ve also served as a moderator at the FAB conference for women in the restaurant industry as well as for the Mise conference for hotel F&B chefs, and for the Niman Ranch hog farmer appreciation summit. I regularly moderate live cooking demos and speak at the Culinary Institute of America’s Worlds of Flavor and Menus of Change conferences.
