At Plate I regularly moderated PlateTalks virtual events, covering topics from building a better counter service and the power of a great happy hour, to reviving wasted spaces and loyalty programs. I’ve also served as a moderator at the FAB conference for women in the restaurant industry as well as for the Mise conference for hotel F&B chefs, and for the Niman Ranch hog farmer appreciation summit.
